What do we collect, and why?
When you submit the contact form: your name, phone number, and — if you provide them — email address, street address or town, and a description of the problem. We also record the page you submitted from, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string; those two exist to identify spam, not people.
When you call: the phone number you called from and what you tell us about the job. If call tracking is active, calls may be logged (number, time, duration) so we know the phone got answered.
When you browse: anonymous, cookieless page analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — page views and rough performance data. It does not identify you, and we set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Where does it live?
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and emailed to us via Resend. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Spam protection on the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical browser signals to tell humans from bots. These providers process data on our behalf; none of them get to use it for their own marketing.
What do we never do?
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers named above, or where the law requires. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't send marketing email — the only reason we contact you is the job you asked about.
How long do we keep it?
Job and contact records are kept as long as they're useful for warranty coverage, repeat service, and bookkeeping. If you want your contact information deleted, call (717) 600-6548 or submit the form on the contact page and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.
Questions?
Call (717) 600-6548 — the same number as everything else. It's answered by the company this policy is about, not a compliance department.
