Why lead with drains and sewers?
Because the emergency call at 2am is almost never "replace my water heater" — it's water where it shouldn't be. Specializing means the truck carries the right machines for exactly that, and there's no incentive to upsell you a bathroom remodel while your basement drain is backing up. Water heater service and faucet or fixture repairs are in the book too; remodels and gas work are not, and that limit is stated on every service page, on purpose.
